M&JP has recently been set up as a result of the growth of Monaghans Estate Agents in Pencoed, which was set up in 2002. Initially established by Philip Monaghan, it has grown to the point where Sue John de Parra has joined as a partner, who between them have 30 years experience of dealing with residential property.
Due to increasing levels of business, we are expanding the operation, and will continue to provide a professional, personal and friendly service for all our clients.
- For vendors, we have a panel of HIP providers; high quality outsourced printers; up to date computer systems, and a very modern website, which all means we are able to promote any property in an individual way, with a lot of input from the vendors themselves.
- For buyers, we have a number of independent mortgage advisors who can provide decisions from various mortgage lenders, and can assist with any forms of finance, from providing mortgage certificates, arranging new mortgages, re-mortgages and overseas finance.
Our experience has given us a lot of local knowledge, and this enables us to deal with all types of residential property within the catchment area of the Bridgend & District Property News. We will continue to provide a service to people in Pencoed, Brackla, Brynna & Llanharan, but we can now extend that service to Broadlands, Laleston, Porthcawl, Maesteg, The Vale of Glamorgan & Bridgend itself.
We are also an appointed representative of Polaris World, and are offering properties in Spain, in conjunction with Spanish Gold Properties. Viewing trips to the region can be arranged at the cost of 65euros per person.
